Boys & Men in Dance

Strong Training. Expansive Possibilities.

Boys and men are an active and valued part of Tye Chua Dance. Our male dancers train in an environment that develops classical technique, artistry, musicality, strength, versatility, and the confidence to pursue wherever dance may lead.

Beyond
Professional Pathways

Tye Chua-trained male dancers have continued into professional opportunities including Lyric Opera of Chicago.

Students receive the same thoughtful individual attention and progressive technical foundation that define all Tye Chua training, together with coaching and opportunities that recognize the particular experiences and possibilities available to male dancers.

Clear & Transparent

Tuition & Family Discounts

Tuition reflects each dancer’s individual class schedule. You will be able to review the exact amount associated with your selected classes before completing enrollment.

How Tuition Is Calculated

Your Schedule Determines Your Tuition

Each class has an established rate based on its length and level. Full-season tuition is calculated according to the dancer’s selected weekly schedule and the number of instructional weeks in the season.

Class Rate × Weekly Classes × Instructional Weeks
Your exact tuition will appear during registration after you select your dancer’s classes.
  • Class rates vary according to class length and level.
  • Recommended training frequency may increase as dancers progress through the curriculum.
  • Company participation, drop-in classes, and certain special programs may have separate fees or registration processes.
Training as a Family

Family Discounts

When more than one dancer from the same household registers, family discounts help make ongoing training more manageable.

10%
Second Dancer Ten percent off tuition for the second enrolled dancer in the family.
20%
Additional Dancers Twenty percent off tuition for each additional enrolled dancer after the second.

Discounts are applied to qualifying family enrollments. Contact us when registering multiple dancers if the expected adjustment does not appear in your account.

Need-based assistance is also available. Visit our Scholarship Information page to learn about tuition support and the confidential application process.
